The 'Settings' menu is accessed via the cog icon at the top of the screen. Here you will find various tasks related to the management of users and their permissions. Settings include:

  • User Management - To create, amend and set their security and other user-related settings.

  • Team Management - Create user teams that can be assigned to steps of a process.

  • Roles & Permissions - Define roles that determine the security setting for users.

  • Organisations & Divisions - Defining the structure of your organisation with divisions that users can be assigned to.
